Motor Vehicle Insurance

We accept all motor vehicle insurance. Motor vehicle insurance only covers injuries resulting from a motor vehicle collision. We can treat you regardless of whether you have legal representation or were considered at fault. It is important to remember that in the state of Florida, you have only 14 days from the date of the accident to be initially evaluated and activate your motor vehicle insurance benefits.

Marti Chiropractic, LLC is an in-network provider for Cigna and Florida Blue PPO. 

 

We are not accepting New Florida Blue HMO or Medicare patients at the moment.

 

We strongly encourage patients to understand their insurance policy details, including benefits, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and authorization requirements prior to receiving medical services. If you have questions regarding your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.  Co-payments, co-insurance, and any payments toward your deductible are due at the time of your visit.

 

Please bring your physical insurance card to your initial appointment. If proof of insurance is not available at the time of your visit, payment will be required in full as self-pay.
