Motor Vehicle Insurance 

Marti Chiropractic, LLC accepts all Motor Vehicle Insurance. We can treat you regardless of whether you don't have legal representation or whether you were consider at fault. Is important to remember that in The State of Florida you have only 14 days from the date of accident to be initially evaluated.

 

Health Insurance

Marti Chiropractic, LLC is in-network with Cigna, Florida Blue PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Molina Healthcare. We are NOT accepting NEW PATIENTS with Florida Blue HMO or MEDICARE at the moment.

 

It is always in your best interest to know and understand your insurance policy, Benefits, Deductible, Co-payments, Co-insurance and Authorization requirements before you seek medical services.

 

If you have questions as to what is covered by your insurance we recommend that you call your insurance company directly.

 

There are many variables in terms of an individual's insurance coverage, such as Deductibles, Co-Payment or Co-Insurance, Secondary Insurance and in some cases, the need for Pre-Authorization.

Deductible, Co-payments and Co-insurance are collected AT THE TIME OF VISIT. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Apple and Google Pay with Square.

If you do not have proof of insurance at the time of your visit you will be expected to pay for the visit.
